Customers: only what we need to provide our services — your name, email address, domain names, and billing details. Domain registrations also require registrant contact data, which we pass to the relevant registry as required.

Website visitors: anonymous usage data collected through Google Analytics, only if you consent (see section 5). We do not ask you to create an account or fill in forms on this website.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Customer data is used strictly for service delivery, billing, and technical support. We may send transactional emails (invoices, outage notices) and occasional service updates. Website analytics are used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

We process customer data to perform our contract with you and to meet legal obligations (for example, accounting and tax records). We use website analytics only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you click accept, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. If you accept, this website uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure visits. Google Analytics sets the following first-party cookies:

• +_ga — distinguishes unique visitors, expires after 2 years
• +_ga_<ID> — keeps session state, expires after 2 years

Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on site, referring website, approximate location (country/city), and device and browser type. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months and is not combined with customer data.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can change it or withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings (also in the page footer); withdrawing removes the analytics cookies. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website works normally without them. We do not use any other tracking or advertising cookies.

Fonts and all other assets on this website are served from our own servers. Our DNS and CDN are provided by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

Because Google may process data outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, such transfers rely on Google's standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We keep customer data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, backups and logs are retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Invoices and other records we are legally required to keep are retained for the period required by law.

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Servers are hardened and monitored. Access is limited to authorized personnel only.

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection or with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
